The new CRYPTO-BOX in Expresscard form hides the CRYPTO-BOX completely - ideal for mobile usage in notebooks! It is based on the CRYPTO-BOX 2 hardware and requires an Expresscard/34 slot.
Features:
- Complies with the Expresscard standard which replaces the CardBus (PCMCIA) standard
- Internal USB port of the Expresscard slot is used, therefore 100% compatible with the standard CRYPTO-BOX 2
- State-of-the-art SmartCard technology, which conforms with the Common Criteria EAL4+ Certification SmartCard Chip inside - for maximum security
- RSA up to 2048 bit implemented in hardware - for safe authentication, safe updates, etc.
- Backward compatibility to the CRYPTO-BOX USB, just a recompilation of the application with the latest CBIOS libraries (available in the CRYPTO-BOX Protection Kit) is required
- Secure firmware updates via Internet/Email: customers stay current with the CRYPTO-BOX2 at all times, in a secure way
- Case with many customization possibilities: stickers, logos, engraving and more
