Updating CRYPTO-BOX Drivers

18 November 2015

The CRYPTO-BOX is protecting your software licenses reliably 24/7.

If you suddenly encounter an increased number of users reporting issues with the CRYPTO-BOX recognition - especially on new computers or after upgrading to the latest Windows version - it may caused by outdated drivers. An indicator here is a warning in the Windows Device Manager that the CRYPTO-BOX driver (CBUSB) could not be started.

Installing the latest drivers with CBUSetup

Using our tool CBUSetup is the easiest way to update the drivers on the target system. Further instructions and the download link can be found in our FAQ section.
