CRYPTO-BOX Rev.2: Samples available

As announced in our newsletter last month, we are in the progress of switching to a revised CRYPTO-BOX hardware.

The new CRYPTO-BOX Rev. 2 is fully backward compatible with your existing applications and works fine with previous drivers and libraries.

Features and improvements of the new revision:

• EAL 4+ certified chip for maximum security and compliance with industry standards
• Increased hardware performance for XS and Versa models: about 8-10x faster for read/write access to the internal memory
• Improved USB connector, for added ESD protection
• The casing is shorter and thinner, of course in our award-winning iron clad designer case
